Sunday April 22nd begins the
100-day Book of Mormon Reading Challenge!

Download a chart to help you keep track of your reading.

We will have benchmark parties for the reading at days 30, 60, and day 100. We will be having a camp for day 100. (These checkpoints and the camp do not replace our normal activities, but will be additional.) The Young Men must be at the checkpoint by the date on the chart to go to the party. They can miss one and catch up for the next, so don’t be discouraged if you miss some days. The chart shows a schedule to read the entire Book of Mormon in 90 days, so you will have 10 extra days to finish.

The purpose is to read and learn through daily scripture study.  More important than the parties and camp, I promise extra help in our trials, added help with school and work, and more peace and happiness as we read the Book of Mormon.

In President Monson’s last testimony he said, “[As we read the Book of Mormon] we will be in a position to hear the voice of the Spirit, to resist temptation, to overcome doubt and fear, and to receive heaven’s help in our lives.”

We encourage you to invite your families to read along with you.
