IMPORTANT: Meet at the front of the Oquirrh Temple at 7:30 AM for breakfast. We will then walk 6.8 miles from the temple to the church house for a discussion and lunch. We will for sure be finished by 1 PM. EACH YOUTH MUST HAVE A MASK AND A WATER BOTTLE!
The Young Men and Young Women will be walking from the Oquirrh Mountain Temple to the church house on Saturday, August 29, 2020. In preparation for the walk please study, as a family, the Hope of Israel devotional here. There will be a discussion about the devotional, breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon, and some games at the church. Parents should provide rides for their youth to meet at the temple at 7:30 AM. Please dress appropriately, including wearing walking shoes, a mask, and applying sunscreen. Bring a water bottle! Please let the leaders know if you plan on coming, so they can plan for food. We know giving up a Saturday morning is a sacrifice, but it will be worth it. We hope to see you there!
