In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Young Women’s Organization. The YW will be participating in the My 150 Challenge given by the General Young Women Presidency, aimed to encourage young women to make a difference using the number 150. There are a few projects the young women have organized and are asking for your help.
Letters to Missionaries
As a group, the young women would like to send 150 letters to missionaries around the world. They are asking ward members to help by sending letters of encouragement to missionaries, by November 17, 2020. Ward members are encouraged to send letters via mail, email, or DM to any missionary. When you have sent your letter please contact Erin Johnson (801-414-1496) so your letter can be counted. THANK YOU!
Reverse Trick or Treating
The Young Women will be doing “Reverse Trick or Treating” on October 21, 2020. The goal is to collect 150 non perishable food items that can be donated to those in need. Please leave non perishable food items on your porch on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 by 7 PM. The young women will leave a treat for you on your porch. Thank you!
