We have learned that Sister Janelle Bassett Belcher, the Young Women President in the 7th ward, was in a serious mountain bike accident on Saturday. Our Stake leaders have invited all members of the Stake to join in a special fast, tomorrow, June 20th.
Bishop Ekker has asked that this information be posted here and Remind messages sent to invite our ward to participate.
In a recent Youth Fireside, Sister Meg Johnson said, “Fasting is like praying with a megaphone.” Prayer and fasting are acts of faith that can bring many blessings, which are greatly needed by the Belcher family at this time.
